Bacon Cheddar 

A mild cheddar infused with real bacon bits.

Cheddar, made in the classical way, tends to have a sharp, smooth, powerful flavor, often slightly earthy. It's texture is firm and slightly crumbly. 

Pairs well with zinfandel, and merlot red wines. White wine lovers can enjoy riesling, pinot, or sauvignon blanc. 

The most sophisticated palates will pair their cheddar with fine port, madeira, or brandy.

Blueberry Infused Cheddar

Perfect for blueberry lovers! Indulge in our blueberry cheddar cheese! You'll find this cheese to be slightly sweet yet smooth and mild. This fruit flavored cheddar offers the succulent flavors infused with real blueberries and mild fresh cheddar.

This specialty flavored cheese brings a touch of sweet blueberries to your favorite crackers.  

Pairs well with this sweet, dessert cheese goes well with fruit beers, sweet white wines, schnapps, or fruit juice.

Cherry Infused Cheddar

Perfect for cherry lovers! This is our mild white cheddar cheese that is infused with real cherries and buttery tartness of cheddar. Get creative in the kitchen and add this to your next grilled cheese! 

Pairs well with this sweet, dessert cheese goes well with sweet white wines.

Scorpion Cheddar

Only if you dare! Even hotter than the ghost pepper jack. Made with some of the hottest peppers in the world, this cheese gives many people hiccups, red faces, and tears. And it still has a great taste! If your feeling adventurous  grab a glass of milk and take a bite.

Pairs well with: There’s a lot of flavor and texture going on with cheddar, so you want a drink that stands up to that but doesn’t overpower it. We like off-dry, mature beverages that have just a touch of sweetness like saison ale, cider, bock and belgian ales.

For wine, we recommend riesling, chardonnay and champagne (whites) and syrah, pinot noir and chianti (reds). Bourbon and single malt scotch are always sure bets too.
